A group of companies in the telecommunication sector.

Task: Development and implementation of a holding concept in connection with an employee shareholding model.
Advising and accompanying the subsequent trade sale of bruNET Holding AG to Google.

 

BVT Group Headquarter in Munich and Atlanta

 

 

Beginning in 1976 until 2008 the BVT group has initiated 170 closed funds with an overall investment volume of about 5.2 billion euros. The main focus of the issue activity lies in the areas of US real estates, German real estates, alternative investments as well as energy and environment as an investment.

Cambridge Cognition Ltd is specialised in computer supported neuropsychological testing. Based in Cambridge, England, the company supplies its products and services to pharmaceutical, academic and healthcare customers across the globe.
CANTAB (Cambridge Neuropsychological Test Automated Battery) is a computer automated battery of neuropsychological tests, for use in accurate, reliable cognitive assessment.
CANTAB has been used to measure cognition in a wide range of disorders from drug evaluations to diagnosis.

Task: TCF conducted the market research in the German Alzheimer and dementia environment, establishing a scientific network for Cambridge Cognition in Germany and central Europe and initiating and pursuing the contacts to pharmaceutical companies as potential distribution partners. Furthermore TCF is developing new strategic approaches for the employment of the Cambridge Cognition test batteries in adjacent areas.

DAB took over FSB - Fonds Service Bank GmbH, München, which was advised by TCF. FSB provides a multi-funds platform to sales partners, venture capitalists, special banks and financial sales organisations.

Task: Optimising document processing especially with regard to questions about digitalisation. During a research project about Eastern Europe for FSB an outsourcing / nearshoring partner in Hungary was found. The signing of the relevant contract and the system implementation was accompanied by TCF. In the meantime DAB has also started working with this partner
