Achim Lutterbeck

Achim Lutterbeck, lawyer and managing director, has long-time experience in leading positions especially in Corporate Finance (Dresdner Bank AG und HypoVereinsbank AG). In 1989 he advised Private Equity Fonds on the leveraged capital side (LBO, MBO, MBI, Bridge Finance/pre IPO). In addition, he was responsible for media financing (film productions, TV channels and multiplex cinemas).

Before founding TCF in 1997 he was Managing Director of the BV Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH in Munich.
